Diana and Jonathan's love story began with a serendipitous encounter. Although they officially met on a dating app in December 2020, Jonathan had already spotted Diana a few weeks prior during a Graduate Christian Fellowship meeting on Emory's campus. With a mutual friend connecting them, they clicked almost immediately after their first date. Despite Diana's month-long trip to California shortly after, their bond only strengthened as they went on virtual zoom dates, solidifying their desire to pursue a serious relationship.
On their wedding day at the picturesque Flat Rock Farm in Toccoa, GA, Diana and Jonathan celebrated their love in a beautifully blended cultural ceremony. With Diana hailing from South Korea, the day was filled with nods to her heritage, including her mother donning a traditional South Korean outfit. Adding a personal touch, Diana created and displayed a timeline chronicling their relationship through printed graphics strung together.

Jonathan's childhood fascination with dinosaurs added a whimsical element to their wedding at Flat Rock Farm. His family surprised the couple by photobombing one of their portraits while wearing an inflatable T-rex costume. Additionally, a small cake adorned with Jonathan's favorite dinosaur action figures dressed as the bride and groom made for a charming tribute. The wedding's color palette, featuring burnt orange, ivory, and plenty of greenery, perfectly complemented the fall setting and Jonathan's burnt orange suit. With a breathtaking mountain view as their backdrop, Diana and Jonathan exchanged vows, making their marriage official in a truly unforgettable celebration at Flat Rock Farm.
