Emily first reached out to me after I photographed her best friend’s wedding. And I was like … OF COURSE! We did their engagement session at the University of Georgia. I had so much fun with Emily and Jay. I love EVERYTHING about these two! EVERYTHING! They were so lovey-dovey and affectionate with each other. I would have never guessed that they have been together for years. It made my job so easy.

My husband, Sam, came with me to this engagement session at the University of Georgia so that we could visit his little brother there for dinner. Emily, Jay, Sam and I clicked instantly. I love when couples can feel so comfortable with me (and my husband). It transcends to them being in front of the lens. It was like I was taking photos of my long time friends. And oh how much fun we had!

We started off by taking photos at the State Botanical Gardens. I’m a plant person, so I was heart eyes the entire time. We then ventured to a parking garage on UGA’s campus (after we got kicked off of the other garage). Emily wore a dress from Nasty Gal and her beautiful pearl shoes are from Shein.

I can’t wait to see these friends in February 2023 for the wedding day at Cathedral Basilica of St. John in Savannah, GA. Stay tuned!

REVIEW

Maggie (and Sam) did our engagement shoot and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable doing our first shoot together and we laughed the whole time. I can’t wait for Maggie to do our wedding in February! These photos are so special and something we will cherish always!

Let’s make it official!
